This cleverly designed loudspeaker makes an ideal addition to today's popular whole-house audio systems. Thanks to Controlled Dispersion Technology (CDT), both the high and low frequencies can be directed towards the listening area. The tweeter is independently adjustable from the woofer for even more precise localization. In addition, the 1" titanium tweeter is mated to a swiveling 100-degree Tractrix® Horn, enabling the speaker to produce more output using less energy for a dramatic increase in efficiency. The 6.5" Cerametallic woofer also has great positioning capabilities. It can rotate a full 360 degrees and then shift 15 degrees in any direction. This flexibility combined with the swiveling tweeter puts you in complete control of where the sound will go. Other professional-grade features, such as a premium network and treble and bass contour switches, help the CDT5650C establish a new benchmark in architectural audio excellence.
