Sound Bars

A year ago this category didn’t even exist. Now, it’s one of the most important speaker concepts on the market.  Why? Simplicity! Surround sound usually requires at least five individual speakers: Three in the front near the TV, and at least two in the rear of the room. That way the sound envelops the listener and creates the sensation of “being there.” But sometimes all those speakers in a room isn’t practical. That’s where a Sound Bar comes in. It’s a single speaker that simulates the sound of five speakers. That’s right, one speaker instead of a roomful. Simplicity indeed!
